Hello everyone,

Due to a lack of gifts, I'm extending the deadline until MARCH 31ST @ 23.59 PST.

I will be very busy in April and unable to check in for quite a while, so due to this, if the gift quota still is not fulfilled, then I will have to extend the deadline until April 30.

However at that point (03/31) I will reveal the gifts already received as I don't find it fair to those with gifts to have to keep waiting, but I don't think it's fair that some people get no gift when some have one or even three either.
That is the only way I can think to try and accomodate everybody, short of making gifts for 24 people myself, which I'm unable to do and also isn't really the point of the exchange.

I've just updated the tracker with the small change to who has received a gift, meaning now we have 21 people with no gift at all.
Hopefully with the month long extension some will gift to people who have none before 03/31.

Note: This doesn't mean you can't gift to someone who already has one, but if you are able, prioritise someone with no gift.

Edited to add: I did plan on doing this if nobody else received a gift by the 10th, but as another participant also showed a desire for this, I've decided to go with it from here.

In order to encourage more gifting, you can edit your signups to add more requests. The maximum number of fandoms and/or requests you can make is 25 and as from the start, you may request anything at all from fanfic to music recommendations.

If you would like to add more to your requests simply comment here with this form and I will edit your box post.

We're off to a delayed start thanks to my net issues, but gifting is now open and will remain open until 23.59pm PST on MARCH 4. All reveals will come March 5. If anyone is lacking a gift by then reveals will be delayed becase I really want everybody to receive at least one. I am making a spreadsheet that I will add to this post soon and update with how many gifts people recieve so we can all stay on track. Meanwhile you can view boxes by fandoms here!

Hello and welcome to the first edition of valentines_boxes, which will be a multifandom gift giving event running from Jan 22 - Feb 29. This is low pressure and will be conducted in the same style as the awesome comms it was inspired by fandomstocking and fandomtrees. This is my first time ever running an event like this and I am excited.

To participate, sign up in the post below this one, using the form in this post. I will then make an entry for you in this community with your box. Then go around and fill others' boxes with their requests, by commenting to the posts I set up for them.
Boxes will all be set up when sign-ups end on Feb 10!
